Freeszfe organised an international film workshop by Béla Tarr entitled „The Knife” between the 9th and the 23rd of January in 2023. 14 filmmakers from 10 different countries from all over the world learned from the well known director.

The workshop’s main assignment was to create a short film with the title ‘The Knife’ separatedly. KINO ALFA has helped out these directors with the preparing and managing their shooting dates as well as providing them the film equipment they needed. That way the directors didn’t have to limit their creative ideas due to unaccessibility.

We are very proud of their dedication and their wonderful creations.
